Title: Key Account Manager
Location: New Jersey, United States
Package: $80,000 - $100,000 + a yearly bonus
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop relationships with selected existing customers and identify new opportunities
- Follow up on referrals, new account inquiries, and leads from trade shows
- Plan and conduct sales calls, cold calls, presentations, training sessions, and events as required
- Review orders and sales reports to optimize sales and provide customer advice
- Serve as the primary technical representative for customers, qualifying their needs.
- Follow up on all customer requests, both written and verbal
- Align products, capabilities, and services with customer requirements
- Participate selectively in trade shows, meetings, and industry events to connect with customers and maintain business contacts
Requirements
- Must have nutraceutical sales experience
- Proven ability to grow and develop existing client relationships while generating new business through the identification, implementation, and execution of innovative strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented team player
